Refund policy

Returns
She la la offers exchanges and store credit.  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange. If you ship a return after 30 days or without approval, She la la is not responsible for any subsequent shipping charges to return the item(s) to you.  We do not offer refunds for any reason unless you have received an incorrect item or it was received broken.  If  you have received a broken item, do not discard the packaging.  Original packaging is required for refunding.  Exchanges and Store Credit can be processed in our brick and mortar locations.

To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.

Please note that PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND, EXCHANGE, OR STORE CREDIT.

Store Credit (if applicable)

First you must log into your account.  You can do so here or by clicking the profile icon at the top right of our home screen.

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

7. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a store credit by email.

All returns will be processed as store credit.


Sale & Discounted Items
Sale items cannot be returned for store credit, exchanged or refunded for any reason.  All items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE.

If the items you've returned for store credit have gone on sale since you purchased them, your store credit will reflect the sale price.

Gifts
If you've received a gift which is eligible for online store credit or exchange contact us.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  IF YOU SHIP US A NON-RETURNABLE ITEM (SUCH AS A PERSONALIZED ITEM  or SALE ITEM) SHE LA LA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBSEQUENT SHIPPING COSTS.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
